Walker, Holcomb win weekly races
Bill Walker and Chad Holcomb each won races in the Oak Harbor Yacht Club’s Thursday night Magic Juan racing series July 6. For the first time this season, Windseekers, a new category of sailors who don’t use spinnakers, took part in the races, sailing the same course. Walker, racing Ehu Kai, won the first contest and was runner-up in the second Thursday to remain in first place in the overall standings after six races with 11 points.
